Please note that we do not offer refunds on cancellations where work has been scheduled or we have provided consultation services.

We use Take Payments to process payments. If you cancel your order before it has been processed then we may be able to refund your purchase in full. If your order has already been processed it cannot be cancelled.

8. How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?

we will only store your personal data OR store some of your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation.
